Maddyson & Brodie - Intimate Elopement For Their Daughter Lacy

Where to start.
Maddyson and Brodie have the kind of story that first broke my heart when I heard it. A tale of two little girls one of which was terminally ill and unfortunately any moment could’ve been her last.

When Maddyson and Brodie reached out to me and the Team at We Eloped, with the idea of eloping so that their girls could both be apart of the special day, immediately my heart broke and I knew I had to be a part of it.

It was touch and go on the morning of the Wedding where little Lacey had some rough moments, but we made it through to the ceremony. At which I fully heard the tale of their lives and love for their girls a little more and it brought me to tears, knowing that the sole intention of having a small family wedding was to ensure that Lacey and their closest family and friends could all be a part of it.

Maddyson and Brodie, thank you for choosing to work with me to capture what I hope are some of the most precious moments you have now as a family. I truly consider it an honour to be able to have told your story through these images and your little family will always hold a special place in my heart.

EDIT:
it was with the saddest news I was informed that shortly after their wedding day little Lacey departed this earth. My heart goes out to the family and I am again honoured to have been able to capture these memories and time in their life.
